Because We Care

In today’s online market, honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous and transparent store policy for our customers. Read below to learn more and don’t hesitate to contact us with questions! 

ORDER PROCESS  

1) Place your order

2) After your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email.

3) Processing Period will begin. Processing time is 3-4 business days which EXCLUDES weekends and holidays.

4) Once the processing period is complete, you will receive another email stating your order is fulfilled. Your tracking number will be found in this email.

5) Your package will be shipped via USPS Priority mail within (2-3 business days US) and (6-10 business days international) 


SHIPPING INFORMATION  

  • (United States) 1-3 Business Days via USPS Priority mail

  • (International) 6-10 Business Days via USPS Priority mail

  • Shipping period doesn't include PROCESSING period and begins AFTER processing period is completed.

  • COVID-19 and Holidays may delay normal shipping times.


STOLEN/LOST PACKAGES

- Packages will be shipped through USPS (the United States Postal Service). Meka&Malik2 LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. If an incident occurs, please contact USPS directly.


REFUNDS/RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS 

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  

  • No REFUNDS & no returns. 

  • Orders can not be canceled.

  • Store Credit will only take place if you’ve received the wrong item & don’t have time to receive another one. You must take pictures of the incorrect items & email them to us.
